N.E. Property Preservation strives to provide quality landscaping services and customer satisfaction. Because our services are custom and based on the specific needs of each property, refunds are generally not provided once services have been completed. If you are dissatisfied with the work performed, please contact us within a reasonable time so we can address the issue or make reasonable corrections where appropriate.

Deposits, if required, are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. Refunds are not provided for delays or cancellations due to weather, unsafe conditions, or circumstances beyond our control. Any approved refunds will be issued using the original method of payment. This Refund Policy may be updated at any time without prior notice.
